Top Five Smaller Employers Statewide (fewer than 100 employees)

- Dermatology Clinic of Idaho received the top score for Compensation & Benefits.
- Landmark Engineering has the top score for Work Environment.
- WRG Design and Rehab Authority Physical Therapy complete the list of the top five smaller employers with high overall scores.
Top Regional Scores for Smaller Employers
- Potlatch#1 Federal Credit Union received the top scores in all categories in the northern Idaho region.
- Idaho State University Federal Credit Union received the top scores in all categories in the eastern Idaho region.
Top Five Larger Employers Statewide (100 or more employees)
- Engineered Structures has the top scores for Compensation & Benefits, Work Environment, and Employee Growth & Development.
- Title One has the top score for Company Management and a tie for Work-Life Balance.
- Intermountain Community Bancorp ties for the top score in Work-Life Balance.
- Wells Fargo and CH2MHILL complete the list of the top five larger employers with high overall scores.
Individual company results will be available on this website on your password-protected company site by mid-April. You will be able to see your company’s composite score for each category compared to the average score for the top performers in your company-size group.
