Eligibility
Any company or organization employing at least 20 people in the state of Idaho is eligible to participate.
Participating companies or organizations must:
- Complete the online registration form
- Allow POPULUS to conduct confidential surveys among employees
- Designate a person in the company to complete a confidential online survey about current employment practices
Results will be shared with each participating company if there are at least 10 people who took the survey. However to be eligible for an award, companies must have the following completion rates:
- 50 or fewer employees: 80%
- 51 to 250 employees: 60%
- 251 to 500 employees: 40%
- 500 or more employees: 20%
