In addition to receiving the scores for the six dimensions of employee satisfaction used to identify award winners and benchmarking itself against the top 10% of performers in the state on these measures, participating organizations may obtain additional survey results for a fee.
Custom Questions
Participating organizations may add custom questions to the survey their employees will take. Pricing will be based on question type and complexity.
Aggregate Results for All Employee Survey Questions
For $500 participating organizations can see the summation of employee responses to each question in the survey in a password-protected website. POPULUS will display the results for each question categorized by the dimension to which it contributes: Compensation and Benefits, Work Environment, Company Management, Employee Growth and Development, and Work-Life Balance. Overall satisfaction and commitment to the organization, as well as demographic groupings, will also be shown.
Subgroup Results for All Employee Survey Questions
For $1,500 companies with 40 or more employees can see their survey results, on a password-protected website, for various employee groups—such as salaried and hourly workers, male and female, full time and part time employees, management and other employees, etc. To maintain respondent confidentiality, a minimum size of 20 people per category is required. Categories with too few respondents will not display.
Consultation about Conclusions and Recommendations
For $2,500 POPULUS will meet with the organization to present the key findings, discuss the HR and other implications of the results, and recommend steps the organization can take to improve its performance. If travel outside the Boise area is required, POPULUS will bill travel expenses at cost.
