Custom Sub-Group Report

Analyze your company’s data using sub-groups that are meaningful to you.

You can provide your custom categories to us in order to measure your employee satisfaction by categories that are meaningful to your organization. Some examples of custom categories used by other companies are:

  • Branch
  • Department
  • Region
  • Supervisor / Manager
  • Employee Value (low / medium / high)

To include the custom sub-groups, merely add up to two (2) additional columns (variables) to your employee contact spreadsheet. This can be done after the survey launches.

If you have ordered the Workplace Priorities Chart alone or as part of the Value Reporting Package, you will probably want to see your importance and satisfaction gaps for each of the sub-groups.

To compute the cost to break out your Workplace Priorities Charts by your Custom Sub-Group variables, merely double the cost of the Custom Sub-Group Report.

The Custom Analysis and Recommendations by Experts (CARE) Package consists of a customized analysis of your organization's data by the research experts from POPULUS. In addition, a presentation will be created from this analysis including personalized recommendations for your organization based on your data.
