The Company offers a fully-funded retirement profit sharing plan and confidential Employee Assistance Program with access to professional experts and counselors on a variety of topics to employees and their family members. Customer service is rewarded too – Team members who earn a perfect score on a customer service assessment become eligible to receive $200. Every month 10 names are randomly chosen from all perfect scores and each winner receives $200 plus his or her name on the company newsletter. If a Team Member receives 5 perfect scores in a row on their customer service assessment they become eligible to receive $500. Each month 5 team members are randomly chosen to receive $500.
This success also leads to philanthropy. When a Team Member earns the perfect score, the Company adds money to the district’s Community Involvement Fund. Team Members can choose which charities to support, and the Idaho Team has used its fund to support Ronald McDonald House, St. Luke’s Children’s Hospital, Idaho Chapter of the National MS Society, Race for the Cure and many other organizations.
