Mountain West Bank

Mountain West Bank offers a wide array of benefits to our employees including a generous 401(k) match program with profit sharing. Not only do we care for our employees, but also the communities we serve. We offer many opportunities for community service such as our annual 1/2 day where the Bank closes and employees are encouraged to volunteer. We have many off site family events paid for by the bank. We have rigorous formal orientation program, new employee training, supervisory leadership training and many other formal training programs. With these training programs, we build the necessary skills to advance within Mountain West Bank, and advocate promotions. We have referral/incentive programs, and have a formal culture and recognition program, as well as multiple employee appreciation events throughout the year.

2020 was a tough year for all of us. Mountain West Bank provided many additional benefits to our employees during this challenging time.  One benefit we offered was paid sick time for COVID related illnesses and quarantines. This allowed the employee’s to not use their accrued sick time for COVID related absences.  We are proud to say that our employees never missed a paycheck due to the pandemic.
