At Moneytree, our mission is to be the best provider of financial services by exceeding our customers' expectations, creating a professional work environment, and making a positive impact on the communities in which we live and work.

Moneytree Team Members are committed to meeting this mission every day. By placing our focus on our customers and their needs, we continue to ensure that we are truly exceeding customers' expectations. Through our TrickleUp program, we listen and take action on our 500+ Team Member requests and suggestions. We provide a fun, yet professional working environment in our branches, and by seeking out opportunities to help our neighbors, we can provide needed assistance and give back to the people and communities that have helped make Moneytree what it is today.

The Company offers a fully-funded retirement profit-sharing plan, a 401(k) plan, and a confidential Employee Assistance Program with access to professional experts and counselors on a variety of topics to Team Members and their family members. Customer service is rewarded too - Team members who provide consistent excellent service are eligible to receive special recognition and a monetary bonus throughout the year as well as during Moneytree’s annual awards recognition event.

In addition to this success, are Moneytree’s philanthropic efforts. Through a company-provided Community Involvement Fund, Team Members can choose which charities to support, and the Idaho Team has historically used its fund to support charities such as Ronald McDonald House, the Idaho Chapter of the National MS Society, Race for the Cure and many other organizations.
