Allata

Allata is a strategy and technology consulting firm with offices in Dallas, Phoenix, and Boise. We have grown rapidly from 1 employee on August 1, 2016 to over 120 employees as of December 31, 2020.  We have been part of the Inc 500 fastest growing companies in both 2019 (#40) and 2020 (#52).

Our mantra is "Family first, clients are king, and we take care of our people". We believe in working hard for ourselves and our customers, caring for each other and our families, and having fun doing it. We donate 2% of profit back to our communities, and we support both local and national causes. 

Here in Boise, we focus on consultative software development in support of our customers around the country. 

Our Boise office is a mix of open-plan, semi-private offices, and relaxed working space (couches and comfortable chairs), though many of our employees work from home.  During 2020 and beyond, our employees may choose to work from home or in the office, depending on what works best for them, their team, and our customers.

On any given day you will find Boise Allatians working on individual development tasks, collaborating as a team on design, leaning in to help others learn a new skill or technology, or on a conference call with a client.

In 2020, we pivoted quickly on behalf of our clients to support them as they experienced COVID-19 impacts. We were fortunate to be able to keep all Allatians fully employed with no impact to salaries, health or retirement benefits, or our PTO and holiday days.

In 2021, we have moved to a transparent pay structure, unlimited PTO, a new 401(k) benefit, and other exciting benefits for our employees!
