We are committed to creating a great work experience and company culture for our employees. A key part of this is empowering our employees with the ability to recognize and reward each other when they see daily examples of our core values.  This peer-to-peer recognition has fostered meaningful appreciation of each other and reinforces our core values each day.   Every month, an employee is recognized for each value and from the category winners, an overall monthly winner is announced. Each monthly winner is then eligible to win our annual Scott Esplin Award.
