Fast Enterprises, LLC inspires employees to be caring, creative, and healthy individuals.

Throughout the year, FAST participates in community giving activities. This past year, the Idaho project adopted a family for Christmas through the Salvation Army and supported the Ronald McDonald House. FAST offers a matching gift program to further benefit charitable organizations. FASTies (aka employees of FAST) have the option to donate their time or money to 501(c)(3) non-profit organizations of their choice. FAST matches these contributions annually.

FAST also organizes company-wide fitness challenges throughout the year to encourage employee well-being. This past winter, FAST introduced Exercise for Education which encouraged employees to work in teams to complete specific physical activity exercises and challenges. To further incentive participation, FAST partners donated to Teach for America based on company fitness totals. Employees were also encouraged to donate if they wished.

These initiatives not only benefit the communities where FASTies live and work, but contribute to FAST’s close-knit culture and fosters friendships that extend outside the office.
