We have a light dress code, encouraging employees to dress however they feel best meets their personality. We are inclusive to all lifestyles and people genuinely feel safe, cared for and appreciated. It's a very relaxed and open-minded atmosphere. We have an office pet/mascot Mr. Otis, a young mini dachshund. He adds so much fun to our office. We also do monthly events outside of the office like game night, movie night, special tours, hiking, etc. all the ideas come from the staff and are sponsored by the company.
