Professional Development -We recognize the value of our people as a service based organization. We strive to empower everyone with knowledge. 1-2 times per month, employees present different topics over lunch to firm. these topics span from very specific (architecture related) to more general (e.g. time management or goal setting).

Performance Evaluation/Goal Setting -Our performance management system is built around goal setting. Together, with a goal setting team, employees set a personal goal aligned with the company's objectives for the year in the first quarter. Members of the leadership team are a part of each employee's team to provide guidance and resources to help employees succeed.

OfficeVibe -We subscribe to OfficeVibe. This is a web-based service that empowers employees to give honest feedback to leadership regarding their daily work experience on an anonymous platform. This has enabled leadership to track trends and identify areas where the firm can improve for the benefit of employees.
