Tates Rents has proudly served the Treasure Valley since 1946, 75 years! This milestone is being celebrated in a big way. Tates Rents is now 100% employee owned. This transition is the perfect way for a third-generation family business to preserve its legacy of treating people right, employees and customers alike. 

The Tates’ team prioritizes safety, community, family and fun through donations and events, as well as providing our employees with fun and exciting opportunities to get out in the community and we are committed to staying at the forefront of the rental industry, and continuously updating our operations and adding to our equipment fleet to effectively accommodate the growing Treasure Valley and McCall area.

Employees can also qualify for company stock as a part of the employee stock ownership plan. On top of those retirement plans, the company shares 10% of profits with its employees on a monthly bonus.
